In today’s world, some argue that crime rates have become higher in large-scale cities, while others claim that it is still a problem affecting other towns. Personally, I agree that citizens should be careful if they chose living in urban areas. In this essay, I will explore reasons and solutions before reaching a conclusion.

In today’s world, some argue that crime rates have become higher in densely-populated cities, while others claim that it is still a problem affecting other towns. Personally, I agree that citizens should be careful if they choose living in urban areas. In this essay, I will explore reasons and solutions before reaching a conclusion.

The clearest reason to having high crime rates is that there are x huge amount of jobless citizens, who were not able to find proper work places. Additionally, we can definitely say without question that existing drugs in cities result in dangerous users’ behavior while also being destroying their health. It is also often argued that crime rates can represent a low economic level. In closing, such negative results are usually provided with a high level of a government corruption.

Having said that, if governments and economic regulations don’t function well, all downsides bring well-organized criminal groups and these could be a serious issue for honest commuters. The main solution might be that municipalities should not allow a crime growth at the beginning. This means that these rates can be prevented with video cameras on streets, well-structured police and by using modern drones.

If municipalities fail to integrate new technologies reducing a high crime level, then they risk opening the door to new waves of organized criminal syndicates. As such, it is imperative that governments continue fighting with criminals in big cities and smaller towns as well, protecting and defending their citizens.
